1. General terms:

1.1 This is the official Website for "Nof Ginosar Tourism" – Nof Ginosar Hotel and Ginosar Village ("the Hotel").

1.2 The User of this Website declares that they have read the contents of these regulations and that they agree unequivocally to all instructions and conditions included herein, and that they and / or anyone acting on their behalf will not have any allegation and / or demand and / or claim, directly and / or indirectly, against the Website and / or any of its owners and / or its managers and / or anyone on its behalf and / or the Hotel.

1.3 Part of the content of this Website is written in the masculine form for convenience only, but is intended equally for both men and women.

1.4 The User declares that the information presented on the Website and / or any part of it is the sole property of the Hotel, that the Hotel reserves copyright in the information and / or any part thereof, that they undertake to use the information on the Website for their personal use only and not to copy, photocopy, duplicate, broadcast, print or publish the information on the Website, whether owned by the Hotel or owned by third parties, and / or part of it thereof to any person and / or any body without the prior written consent of the Hotel, except for personal non-commercial use of the information.

1.5 The User undertakes not to make any other distortion or alteration in the Information, or any action that may damage the correctness of the information and its reliability, or the dignity or reputation of the Hotel as the owner of the copyright therein or of any other party.

2. Risks and responsibilities

2.1 The User hereby declares that they are aware that use of the Website involves numerous risks, both as a result of the technology involved and as a consequence of the human factors and entities operating on the Internet.

2.2 The User is solely and fully responsible for any use they make and / or will make of the information.

2.3 The information is intended solely for the User's personal use, and the use of this information, including any reliance on it, is at the sole responsibility of the User. Among other things, the User declares that they are aware that the images displayed on the Website are for illustration purposes only, and that there may be differences between their presentation on the computer screen and their actual appearance.

2.4 The information on the Website is provided "as is" and the Hotel disclaims any responsibility for adapting the information to the User's needs and will not be liable to the User for their inability to use the information for whatever reason. The User alone shall be responsible for the manner in which they use the information.

2.5 The Hotel shall do everything in its power to make the information as true and accurate as possible, but the information does not purport to be a complete, exhaustive or detailed analysis of all the topics specified therein. The information is general, partial and grounded. The Hotel will not be liable for any error in the information provided on the Website, either by the Hotel or by third parties.

2.6 The Hotel will not be liable for any damage, inconvenience, loss, expense or distress that may be caused to the User or their property (including the User's hardware and / or software) or to any third party, directly or indirectly, following entrance to the Website and use of its contents.

2.7 The Hotel shall not be liable for any illegal activity by any User on the Website, or by any other party not under its control.

2.8 The Hotel shall not be held responsible for changes made to the information by the User and / or any other third party.

3. Room reservation

3.1 The User shall use this Website only for the purpose of reserving and purchasing services and / or receiving information. The Website may not be used for any other purposes.

3.2 To reserve a room at the Hotel, the User should contact the Hotel reservations center by telephone at +972-4-6700300 / 320 or use this Website.

3.3 All reservations performed through this Website, require entering the guests personal details, including ID number / passport number and credit card number, as well as details of all accompanying guests.

3.4 Personal details of the purchaser

3.5 When purchasing services through the Website and performing the order as detailed below, the User shall be required to enter their personal information in the system.

3.6 The owners of the site and / or any of its operators and / or any of its owners and / or any of its managers and / or anyone acting on their behalf shall not be liable for mistakes made by the User in entering the details of their purchase, including mistakes in choosing the specific vacation package, the date(s), the number of beds and any other service ordered through this Website; and shall not be liable to the User directly or indirectly for cases where the details of the purchase are not properly registered in the system and / or for any technical and / or other problem that prevents the purchaser from purchasing services through the Website.

3.7 Entering false purchase information is considered a criminal offense and legal actions shall be taken against anyone who provides false details, including tort claims for damages that may be caused to the Hotel and / or the Website and / or its operators and / or any of its owners and / or any of its managers and / or anyone acting on their behalf.

3.8 The User declares that they are aware that upon entering the purchase details they shall be included in the Hotel's database. The Hotel will be entitled to use the purchase details in order to improve the services offered to the User on the Website, to contact the User via mail, e-mail and any other means of communication, and to adapt the site to the User's needs and preferences.

4. How to book

4.1 The User shall enter the order details on the Website.

4.2 When entering the order details, the User shall be required to enter credit card information for security purposes only.

4.3 Payment will be made in full upon arrival at the Hotel in cash and / or credit card (no checks are accepted).

5. Terms and Conditions

5.1 Prices on the Website are in US dollars and do not include VAT.

5.2 The Hotel reserves the right to change booking conditions and prices of packages at any time.

5.3 The Hotel reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Website from time to time without prior notice to the User. The Hotel shall publish the new terms on the Website and they shall become effective on the date of their publication.

5.4 The Hotel reserves the right to close the Website and change its structure, content, appearance, scope and availability of the services and contents provided therein, and any other aspect connected to the Website and its operation, without need to inform the User in advance. The User declares that they will not have any demand and / or allegation and / or claim against the Hotel in connection therewith.

5.5 The number of rooms in the Hotel is limited, therefore room reservations are subject to availability only.

6. No double promotions or discounts

6.1 Checking in and checking out:

6.2 Checking in: Sunday-Friday - check in time is 3:00 PM, on Saturday & Jewish Holidays – check in time is 8:00 PM

6.3 Checking out: Sunday-Friday - check out time is 11:00 AM, on Saturday & Jewish Holidays – check out time is 4:00 PM unless stated otherwise

6.4 Checking in and / or checking out before / after above mentioned hours is subject to prior approval of Reservations / Reception and requires additional payment.

7. Babies and Children:

7.1 Definitions:

Baby – birth to 2 years old

Child – between the ages of 2 to 14 years old
Adult –14 years old and older.

7.2 If a family has two babies, one of them will be considered as a child.

7.3 Accommodation of children and youth under the age of 18, will be possible only if accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.

7.4 This Agreement shall be governed silely by the laws of the State of Israel. The sole jurisdiction for any matter relating to this Agreement and the use of the Website shall be the competent courts in the Haifa District, Israel.

7.5 The User is aware that the use of this Website and any other Website for that matter, may be, by its nature, prone to technical faults.

7.6 Errors and Omissions Excepted

8. Cancellation Policy & Fees

8.1 During the month of August & Jewish Holidays – up to 7 business days prior to arrival date – free of charge.

8.2 On all other days during the year – up to 48 hours prior arrival date – free of charge.

8.3 Cancellation fees: One night's fee for each cancelled room

8.4 Cancellation can be done in the following ways: 

To cancel a reservation the User can log into the Website by using the password that was supplied at the time of booking.  After cancellation, an official confirmation letter will be sent by email. Cancellation can also be made (in accordance to the cancellation policy) by email: nofginosar@ginnosar.co.il; by registered mail: Nof Ginosar, Kibbutz Ginosar 14980; by fax: 04-8145819; or directly by phone: 04-6700320/300 (it is essential to receive an official cancellation confirmation email from the Reservation's Representative). All is subject to the cancellation terms and to providing full identifying details of the reservation: name, date and confirmation number. In case of technical difficulties, contact the Reservation's Department at: 972-4-6700320

9. Pool area (swimming pool is open from Passover to Sukkot)

Swimming of children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult and shall be at the guests' sole responsibility. Please be sure to observe the instructions and procedures in the pool area.

10. Various instructions

10.1 It is absolutely forbidden to bring animals to the Hotel / Village premises.

10.2 No additional guests may be invited beyond the number specified in the reservation, without receiving the Hotel's prior consent. Bringing guests to the Hotel premises / beach for overnight stay or accommodation without overnight stay will incur additional charges.

10.3 No equipment should be removed from the guest rooms. Private towels must be used for the water resorts outside the Hotel's premises.

10.4 No smoking in the Hotel, except where permitted.

10.5 Upon check out, the User undertakes to return the facility kitchen clean and without damage.

11 Protection of property

11.1 The User undertakes on his behalf and in the name of all accompanying guests to maintain the place in good condition and not to cause any damage intentionally and / or negligently to the site, including all equipment therein.

11.2 The User acknowledges that in case of any damage, the above credit card will be charged at full cost of the damage
