This Privacy Policy of Nof Ginnosar Tourism – Kibbutz Ginnosar Agricultural Cooperative Society Ltd. no. 570036905 (“Privacy Policy” and the “Hotel”) provides the general lines of how we collect and use information about you, in the framework of your use of the Hotel’s website, including when making reservations, purchasing products or services on the Hotel’s website, and through the Hotel’s Customer Service (the “Services”).
1.2. Your privacy is important to us! We will operate as set forth in this Privacy Policy, in accordance with the provisions of the law, including the Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (the “Law”), and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1.3. This Privacy Policy applies to identifying information or to information that can reasonably identify you. As a rule, you have no legal obligation to provide the information set forth hereafter, however failure to provide it may prevent us from providing you with certain services (“Information”).
1.4. The information will be stored in the Hotel’s database for the period necessary for the Hotel to realize the objectives permitted to it according to law and in accordance with this Privacy Policy (“Database” and “Objectives”, respectively).

1.7. This Privacy Policy is worded in the masculine gender for convenience only; however, it is intended for all genders. Words denoting singular include plural, and vice versa, unless the context or logic requires otherwise.
